Mood & Anxiety Tracker is designed around a privacy-first approach. Your mental health information remains under your control and is not uploaded to our servers.

Mood & Anxiety Tracker is designed to help users track and better understand their mental well-being. Your privacy is a core priority.
Data Collection
Mood & Anxiety Tracker does not collect or store personal data on external servers. Information entered into Mood & Anxiety Tracker, including PHQ-9 and GAD-7 questionnaire responses, notes, context tracking, and historical trends, is stored locally on your device.
Notifications
If reminders are enabled, Mood & Anxiety Tracker stores a Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) registration token, your selected reminder time, and your device time zone solely to deliver scheduled reminders. Your questionnaire responses, notes, and mood history are never transmitted for notification delivery.
Data Usage
All user data is used solely within Mood & Anxiety Tracker to provide insights, trends, and progress tracking.
Data Sharing
No personal data is sold, shared, or transmitted to third parties. Third-party services used to support Mood & Anxiety Tracker functionality, such as Firebase Cloud Messaging for notifications, do not receive access to your questionnaire responses, notes, or tracking history.
User Control
Users have full control over their locally stored data and may delete or reset it at any time within Mood & Anxiety Tracker or by clearing the Mood & Anxiety Tracker’s storage.
Security
Your questionnaire responses, notes, and tracking history remain stored locally on your device. Mood & Anxiety Tracker is designed so that your personal tracking data is not uploaded to our servers.
Children’s Privacy
Mood & Anxiety Tracker is not directed toward children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated if Mood & Anxiety Tracker functionality changes in the future.

Mood & Anxiety Tracker is designed to give users full control over their data.
Local Data
All personal data (such as mood entries and reflections) is stored locally on your device. You can delete this data at any time by clearing the Mood & Anxiety Tracker’s data or uninstalling Mood & Anxiety Tracker from your device.
Notifications Data
If notifications are enabled, Mood & Anxiety Tracker uses a third-party service to deliver reminders. You can stop notifications at any time by turning off reminders within Mood & Anxiety Tracker. This action removes the associated notification data.
Complete Data Deletion
To fully remove all Mood & Anxiety Tracker-related data:
- If reminders are enabled, turning them off removes the notification registration associated with your device.
- Uninstalling Mood & Anxiety Trackeror clearing its storage removes your locally stored questionnaire responses, notes, and history from your device.
After completing these steps, no user data remains associated with Mood & Anxiety Tracker.
Payments/Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are processed by Google Play. Payment information is handled by Google and is not received or stored by Highland Software. Subscription management, billing, and refunds are handled through your Google Play account.
